2017 dir. Simon Amstell

A witty and brilliantly funny satire – a film that manages to cleverly lampoon our food culture while avoiding the clichés and preachiness so many vegan documentaries rely on. This film benefits hugely from its ability to be self-depricating, with vegans (and especially vegan over-moralisation) being as much as target as every other part of society that Amstell manages to take down with incredible precision and humour.

Check out if you like: Brilliant satire that sneakily hides its point behind layers of excellent comedy

Avoid if you: Are a proud red-blooded meat eater that doesn’t like any of that silly nonsense
